These delicious matcha latte cookies are the perfect gourmet, soft cookie to dip in milk or have with a matcha latte.
As we all know matcha is not the sweetest flavor, but the mix of vanilla and white chocolate balances this cookies so it’s not too sweet or too bitter, but the perfect in between. As a baker, I love to mix and match flavors and creative creative desserts like these cookies. Ones that both taste AND look amazing.
