The cinnamon and brown sugar butter create and oozing center along with the cream cheese frosting. They are sweet, fluffy and addicting!

Equipment & Ingredients
To make these Cinnabon bite you will need these ingredients:
- Grands Biscuits
- Butter
- Cinnamon
- Brown Sugar
- White Granulated Sugar
- Cream Cheese Frosting
As for the equipment, the list is much shorter! You will just need:
- Parchment Paper
- Mini Cupcake Pan
- Mixing Bowl
These Cinnabon bites are the type of dessert you want to eat immediately while its warm and the melted frosting is still oozing from these delicious treats. While these can be stored for later for a few days. These are best eaten on day one!

Cinnabon Bites

minutesThese sweet Cinnabon bites are even better than the Taco Bell Version. with simple ingredients and a cream cheese frosting glaze, you will finish these within seconds.
Ingredients
1 refrigerated roll of Grand's biscuits
- Cinnamon Filling
1/2 stick unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
- Cinnamon Coating
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions
- Prepare a plate with parchment paper. Scoop teaspoonfuls of the cream cheese frosting onto it, making at least 20 balls. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, add the softened butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Use a fork to blend these ingredients together until smooth.
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- On a cutting board, roll out each grands biscuit to ½ inch thick.
- Smear each flattened biscuits with the cinnamon filling.
- Use a sharp knife to slice the biscuits into 4 even pieces.
- After the frosting has hardened in the freezer, remove and place a ball of frosting in the center of each dough piece.
- Fold the biscuit piece around the frosting and press together the edges to seal. In a separate bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar with a fork.
- Roll each biscuit ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture and place into a mini cupcake holder that has been sprayed with baking spray, with the sealed edges down.
- Repeat this process until they are all placed in the cupcake pan.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the tops of the Cinnabon bites are slightly golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Melt extra cream cheese frosting to drizzle on top and eat while still warm.
Notes
- The center of the frosting will ooze out of the bites when baking, so be sure not to cook too look or all of will be gone by the end of baking time.
