So after some research I came up with a DIY allergy relief shot that mixes ingredients with many natural antihistamines and a potent amount of vitamin C to work against the pollen, grass and other attacks us allergy prone individuals suffer through every year!

minutesNeed spring allergy relief? These DIY allergy relief shots are the perfect mix of ingredients that act as natural antihistamines for the spring and fall weather that can affect us allergy prone individuals so heavily every year!
Ingredients
3 cups green tea
1/2 cup honey (Local to your state)
1/3 cup Camu Camu Powder
2 inches ginger root, sliced
1 lemon, juiced
1 bunch of parsley
Directions
- Heat 3 cups of water until boiling and pour over a bowl with 4 green tea bags. Let that sit for 10 minutes.
- In a blender, add the sliced ginger, camu camu powder, lemon juice, parsley, and honey. Once the green tea is ready, pour over the top of all the ingredients.
- Blend in the mixer for a full minute until everything is blended and smooth. Pour this into a bowl with a cheese cloth, to strain all the skin and rinds from the ginger and parsley from the juice.
- Squeeze all juice out through the cheese cloth. Transfer the strained juice into small shot bottles.
- Place in the refrigerator and take one every day.
