minutesA shareable charcuterie board of cookies, pretzels and graham crackers with a cast iron skillet of toasted marshmallows on top of gooey milk chocolate.
Ingredients
2 1/2 Hershey’s Chocolate Bars
1 10 ounce package of jumbo marshmallows
~ 10 Oreos
~ 10 Chips Ahoy Cookies
~ 10 graham crackers
~ 6 Golden Oreos
1 cup pretzels
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Break the chocolate bars into halves. In the cast iron skillet place them to covers the bottom of the pan. They will overlap each other a bit.
- Cover the chocolate bars in the pan with jumbo marshmallows until there is no space seen under the marshmallows.
- Place in the oven for 10 minutes and the tops will become slightly browned.
- After 10 minutes, turn on the broil on your oven to 400 degrees and let the tops of the marshmallows brown a bit more. Watch closely at this point because it should only take about 2-3 minutes. If you have a Butane torch, skip the broil option and torch the marshmallows until toasted to your liking.
- While that is in the oven, start arranging the cookies and snack items on the charcuterie.
- Start on the outer edge leaving space for the smores pan to be placed on the charcuterie, and alternate the Oreos and chips ahoy cookies.
- Next, arrange the graham crackers circularly around the Oreos and cookies.
- Then place only about 5 or 6 golden Oreos as the last circular layer around the board.
- At this point the s’mores pan should be done and you can place it on a charcuterie board.
- Lastly with the small hole of a space left between the s’mores pan and golden Oreos, fill with pretzels.
- Enjoy while warm!
Notes
- This s’mores pan can be saved for later! Cover the marshmallow and chocolate cast iron with plastic wrap or foil. To reheat place in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
