Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons matcha powder
- 1 scoop Hemp Protein Powder (3 tablespoons)
- 1 ½ cups milk oat, regular or almond
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Combine the Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, add the milk, matcha powder, hemp protein powder, chia seeds, honey and salt. Stir the ingredients together until well combined.
Let It Chill:
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible. The chia seeds will absorb the liquid and thicken, turning into a pudding-like consistency.
Stir Again:
- After chilling, stir the pudding to ensure the consistency is even and smooth. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more milk and stir until you reach the desired consistency.
Serve:
- Enjoy your protein-packed chia pudding on its own, or top with your favorite fruits, nuts, or a sprinkle of granola!
