Ingredients
2 ounces vanilla simple syrup
8 ounces milk (dairy or nondairy)
2 ounces espresso
3 tablespoons caramel
Extra Caramel for topping
Directions
- Add the vanilla syrup and milk in a tall 16 ounce glass. Mix together briefly.
- Then fill the cup almost all the way full with ice.
- Add the caramel to the hot espresso and mix together until the caramel dissolves. Pour on top of the milk mixture.
- Finish with extra caramel sauce on top. Enjoy!
