Equipment

  • Blender
  • Strainer/Cheesecloth
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • 2 ounce bottles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Beetroots sliced
  • 3 Carrots sliced peeled
  • 2 Green Apples
  • 2 inch piece Ginger chopped
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Wash, peel, and chop beets and carrots.
  • Slice apples and lemon.
  • Measure out honey and water.

Blend:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.

Strain:

  • Pour mixture through a strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl.
  • Press or squeeze to extract all juice.

Bottle and Store:

  • Use a funnel to transfer juice into 2-ounce bottles.
  • Seal and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Shake well before consuming.
