Greens Shot

The Greens Shot is a nutrient-packed blend of spirulina, kale, spinach, and lemon, designed to support digestion, boost energy, and alkalize the body naturally.

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Strainer/Cheesecloth
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • 2 ounce bottles

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons Spirulina Powder
  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 2 apples sliced
  • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop kale, spinach, apples, and celery.
  • Slice the lemon.
  • Measure out spirulina powder.

Blend:

  • Add all ingredients along with water to a blender.
  • Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.

Strain:

  • Pour mixture through a strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl.
  • Press or squeeze to extract all juice.

Bottle and Store:

  • Use a funnel to transfer juice into 2-ounce bottles.
  • Seal and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Shake well before consuming.
